3. Buy at Samsung Experience Stores
You can buy Samsung Care+ at Samsung Experience Stores either when purchasing your new Galaxy device or within 60 days of purchase (available in select stores). Search nearby Experience Stores.

What do you mean by accidental damage?Accidental damage refers to a device failing to function correctly or safely as the result of an incident that has happened by accident. For example, it is dropped, something is dropped on it or liquid spilled onto it.

Can I cancel my Samsung Care+?You may be able to cancel your Plan within 14-30 days of your Plan start date, as shown in your Plan Confirmation. If no claims have been made, you’ll receive a full refund.
For Screen Damage (1-Year) and Accidental Damage (2 Years) Plans: • If you cancel after the 30-day window, no refund will be given.
Monthly Pay Plans:
• You can cancel the renewal of your Plan at any time. The payment for the current month will be retained, and no additional payments will be charged. Your Device will continue to be covered for the duration of the period already paid. -
How do I cancel my Samsung Care+?If you wish to cancel your policy within the cooling-off period and request a refund, please follow these steps:
