Q : When my fingers got wet with water or sweat, is fingerprint on Galaxy S5 available to recognize ?
A: Ensure that the fingerprint recognition area and your fingers are clean.
If the fingerprint recognition area is dirty, clean it with a soft cloth. Also, if your fingers are dirty, wet, or sweaty,
clean them. Besides, the device may not recognize fingerprints that are affected by wrinkles or scars.
