Is it possible to touch the device while wearing gloves?

Yes - It’s possible. You can touch the device while wearing gloves through enabling the ‘High touch sensitivity’ function.

This setting increases the screen’s sensitivity so you can touch it while wearing gloves.

Path : Settings → My device → Display → High touch sensitivity

However, you may need to touch on the screen a little longer than usual to operate the device when using gloves – also if not disabled after removing your gloves, the device may be much more sensitive to being touched by your fingers.
